Fashion Collection: successful
launch to the Mobile World Congress

Avenir Telecom chose a distinctive concept for their stand at the
Mobile World Congress. Every collection had access to a dedicated
space at the heart of which the products were presented: A Modern
and innovative spirit to mark oXo, humorous graphics for Kukuxumusu,
an Australian ambience for Roadsign and a feminine and intermate space
for Lollipops.
Colorful, different, warm, the Avenir Telecom stand constituted a
true point of attraction within the Hall 2. The quality and originality
of these products definitely convinced the number of visitors, among
which purchasers from the largest hypermarkets and chain of stores,
that the fashion accessories have great sales potential on the mobile
phone market.

| FINANCE : Net profits increased by 21.3%
(First half consolidated results 2007/2008) |

The
Avenir Telecom Group recorded a 3% increase in sales in the first
half of the 2007/2008 financial year to €338.4m after very strong
results in the second quarter, up 14.4% to €187.2m.
This performance derived from the strength of the two distribution
channels, wholesale and retail, product ranges which were both broader
and perfectly targeted at the various customer segments, and the growth
of the Internity store portfolio in Europe.

Avenir Telecom Group has recorded an excellent performance on a rolling
12 month basis. In spite of a decline in sales of 8.5% to €688.5m,
gross profit margin improved by 3.0 percentage points to 19% and operating
profit margin rose by 0.4 percentage points to 2.8%.
